Net Neutrality

Net neutrality is the idea that the internet service that you purchase should be a connectivity to  the entire ‘Internet’ at full speed without any filtering, tracking, or throttling of service.

The best example of why net neutrality is important for the consumer is Netflix.  What if your internet company decided to offer their own version of Netflix and they decided to slow down or even block Netflix from making it to you?  That wouldn’t be right.  You are paying for access to the whole internet, not just part of it.
